As a team assistant, you will support the investment team in all organizational, administrative, and communication matters. You will ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly, coordinate appointments, travel, and meetings, and thus contribute significantly to the efficiency and professionalism of the fund.
Your tasks
- Organization and coordination of appointments, travel, and meetings
- Travel expense reports, processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Support in the planning and implementation of internal and external events
- Contact person for external service providers
- General office organization and administrative tasks
- Support with special projects, e.g., in the areas of marketing, investor relations, or HR
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a private equity, investment, or consulting environment, would be an advantage
- Organizational skills and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
- Very good communication skills
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools
- Discretion, reliability, and a structured approach to work
