Das Fund Operations Team spielt eine entscheidende Rolle für den effizienten und agilen Ablauf der Investment Aktivitäten aller Venture Capital und Private Equity Vehikel von LEA Partners. Im anspruchsvollen und dynamischen Umfeld unserer VC- und PE-Aktivitäten gewährleisten wir einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Fundraising über Investor Relations, Portfolio-Support bis hin zu Compliance.

Deine Aufgaben

Fund Operations: Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Kapitalmaßnahmen sowie im Melde- und Berichtswesen, bei Finance- & Accounting-Themen und der Erstellung unserer Jahresabschlüsse.
Investor Relations: Du beantwortest nationale und internationale Investorenanfragen, unterstützt beim Fundraising, designst und optimierst Reportingunterlagen und führst Unternehmensbewertungen durch.
Deals & Portfolio: Du begleitest das Aufsetzen und die Betreuung von Akquisitionsstrukturen sowie die Durchführung ausgewählter Schritte im Akquisitions-, Set-up- und Exitprozess.
Corporate Governance: Du stellst die Durchführung und Dokumentation relevanter Beschlussprozesse sicher und betreust gesellschaftsrechtliche Themen.
Interne Prozesse & Compliance: Du entwickelst interne Compliance- und Kontrollprozesse weiter und stellst hohe Qualitätsstandards sicher – u.a. mit Fokus auf ESG-Themen.

Dein Profil

Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Finance/Accounting/BWL/Wi.-Ing./Wi.-Inf. oder vergleichbarem Studiengang
Mindestens zwei Jahre an praktischen Erfahrungen im Bereich Fund Operations, Controlling, Accounting, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Steuerberatung
Freude an der Koordination und Steuerung vielfältiger interner und externer Stakeholder
Analytisch denkender, strukturierter „Self-Starter“ mit einem strategisch-holistischen Blick und zugleich einem ausgeprägten Auge für Details und präzises Arbeiten
Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel und PowerPoint)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse

The Fund Operations Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and agile execution of investment activities for all venture capital and private equity vehicles at LEA Partners. In the demanding and dynamic environment of our VC and PE activities, we ensure smooth operations from fundraising to investor relations, portfolio support, and compliance.

Your tasks

Fund Operations: You will assist with the implementation of capital measures, reporting and accounting, finance and accounting issues, and the preparation of our annual financial statements.
Investor Relations: You will respond to national and international investor inquiries, assist with fundraising, design and optimize reporting documents, and perform company valuations.
Deals & Portfolio: You will assist with the establishment and management of acquisition structures and the implementation of selected steps in the acquisition, set-up, and exit process.
Corporate Governance: You will ensure the implementation and documentation of relevant decision-making processes and oversee corporate law issues.
Internal Processes & Compliance: You will further develop internal compliance and control processes and ensure high quality standards – with a focus on ESG issues, among other things.

Your profile

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance/accounting/business administration/industrial engineering/industrial information technology or a comparable degree program
At least two years of practical experience in fund operations, controlling, accounting, auditing, or tax consulting
Enjoy coordinating and managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Analytical, structured self-starter with a strategic, holistic view and at the same time a keen eye for detail and precision
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Very good German and English skills
